I will read those articles in the morning. thanks willow!
as far as the child trafficking goes...the only difference between 'rescuing' children and selling them and 'trafficking' children and selling them is the paperwork. they ought to have known better for sure.

and don't forget, they complicated surgeries by giving patients food prior to going under, and they probably spooked a lot of Haitians out with that whole touch healing nonsense.

All right,
You're money HELPS...you're gov't doesn't (no matter where you are from)
Give to MSF or other direct charities ....bare thing. More later..just got back a few days ago...went after the first quake...decompressing now..(ie., drunk as shit) I can't manage a more encompassing assessment just now. More later...if it matters (even if it doesn't).
...And everyone was suprised?

This post is from the "Chile" thread. I thought it appropriate to add it here:

UnwantedSunbeam wrote:There are too many grief whores in this world, who simply need to fill the void in there mundane lives with some one elses drama.

Zo3R3tZo wrote:not to mention the many more who will die once hurricane season hits (what with mudslides and such that will occur, cuz of the lack of trees on their land)

Who cut down all the trees?

It should automatically load to p.560, but in case it doesn't- please find, and read, p.560 for your answer:

On another note, I've found an old game from a few years back, called "Ayiti: The Cost of Life", that I believe everyone should play at least once. It's about living the life of a Haitian:
